<自製低筋麵粉>
材料:
中筋麵粉 1杯
玉米澱粉 2大匙
作法:
用量杯裝滿一杯中筋麵粉,將兩大匙中筋麵粉挖取出來。
把兩大匙玉米澱粉混入一量杯的中筋麵粉裡面。
以濾網過篩三至五次,直到所有原料混合均勻為止。

Homemade Cake Flour
Ingredients:
1 cup all-purpose flour
2 tablespoons cornstarch
Instructions:
Remove 2 tablespoons of flour from your ingredients.
Add 2 tablespoons of cornstarch to replace the tablespoons of flour taken out.
Sift the mixture for 3 to 5 times.
Store mixture in a sealed bag.
